Our restaurant's special oden is made with homemade flying fish broth.The ingredients are slowly simmered, and the delicious flavors that seep out allow you to enjoy the elegant and gentle taste.
We offer a variety of dishes made with bluefin tuna procured in blocks from a contracted seafood producer in Hokkaido.
